Request account deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your HUNKART customer account and the personal data linked to it.

Before you request deletion: please include the email address and mobile number registered on your HUNKART account. Any active order, refund or payment issue must be completed first.

What happens next

HUNKART will verify that the request belongs to you, confirm any open order, delivery, payment or refund status, and process the deletion request. We aim to complete verified requests within 7 days.

We delete the customer account and associated profile data that we control. We may retain only the minimum transaction or payment records required for fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, accounting or other legal obligations. Razorpay payment credentials such as card CVV, card PIN, UPI PIN and banking passwords are never stored by HUNKART.
